What You’ll Do
Strategic Insight: Identify and report on key indicators of sales performance, using your findings to help set the strategic agenda for the entire sales organization.
Business Planning: Assist through every stage of the fiscal year planning cycle—from designing territory models to implementing sales quotas.
Market Analysis: Dive into market segmentation and pipeline analysis to uncover where our next big opportunities lie.
Executive Storytelling: Package complex findings into high-impact, presentation-ready content for Salesforce executives to guide daily decision-making.
Operational Transformation: Take part in key strategic initiatives and scalable analytics projects that streamline our sales process and coverage models.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate regularly with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to establish global reporting standards and drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
Education & Eligibility
University Status: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a Madrid-based University, with an expected graduation year of 2027 (No exceptions).
Internship Agreement: Ability to sign a University Agreement (Convenio de Prácticas) with your school for the full 12-month duration.
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required (both oral and written).

Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must; familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or data modeling tools is a significant plus.
Academic Focus: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Internship Details & Benefits
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day (Morning or Afternoon slots available).
