The UKI Sales Strategy team is the engine room of Salesforce’s UKI business. As the world’s #1 AI CRM, Salesforce is a $200bn+ organization leading the "Agentic Era"—a future where humans and AI agents drive unparalleled customer success.
In this role, you aren't just an intern; you are a strategic partner. We act as the "right hand" to the UKI CEO and COO, solving complex problems at the intersection of global scale and start-up agility. You will operate at the heart of our growth engine, helping to steer the ship for one of our most vital global regions.
Your Impact
As a Sales Strategy Intern, you will directly influence the productivity and direction of our UKI regional team. You will:
Drive Strategic Initiatives: Support go-to-market planning, identify local market opportunities, and assist in high-stakes investment decisions for the upcoming fiscal year.
Partner with Leadership: Gain direct exposure to the UKI Senior Leadership team and UKI CEO, Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE.
Build Infrastructure: Help define performance metrics and build the reporting frameworks used to monitor the health of the UKI business.
Operational Excellence: Support the local operating rhythm, including forecasting cycles and executive-level business reviews (QBRs).
Deliver Insights: Identify business bottlenecks and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Academic Background: Currently in your penultimate or final year of university (graduating between 2026 and 2027).
