Role Overview:

At Salesforce, we're seeking outstanding individuals to join our team as Agentforce Specialists focused on New Logo Accounts across the UK Commercial segment. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving high-volume revenue growth and establishing Agentforce as the go-to AI solution for untapped commercial markets.

Salesforce Agentforce, our flagship innovation, harnesses the power of real-time data analytics and AI to redefine Customer 360, enabling scalable, high-impact customer interactions.

As a part of our Agentforce Specialist selling team, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing deal sizes from agile entries to £1M+ transformations. We are looking for "hunters" with deep AI knowledge and a passion for net-new business. Collaborating with potential clients, you will dive deep into understanding their challenges, ultimately showcasing how Agentforce is the solve for their most critical business goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Employ your hunter mentality and AI knowledge to identify, qualify, and close net-new Agentforce opportunities across the UK Commercial segment.

  • Collaborate and work closely with New Logo AEs to find opportunities to drive Agentforce growth, acting as the primary SME for the commercial market.

  • Use your knowledge of Agentforce to articulate to customers how the Salesforce stack can transform their engagement with speed and efficiency.

  • Conduct rapid, comprehensive technical discovery to analyze business problems and demonstrate Agentforce’s immediate impact.

  • Source and qualify Agentforce opportunities that fit our ideal customer profile, maintaining high activity and resilience in a rejection-prone environment.

  • Lead discovery conversations that unearth prospective customers’ business needs and resolve if and how Agentforce can be the solution.

  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to show up as “One Salesforce,” ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.

  • Apply your ability to combine discovery with your own point of view to present compelling use cases that resonate with commercial buyers.

What you should have:

  • Proven track record in high-volume, new logo acquisition within a B2B SaaS context.

  • SaaS selling background with experience in transactional and mid-market sales cycles.

  • Understanding Database Modeling and Data Platform Architecture. A genuine passion for how AI can transform growing businesses.

  • Experience with the Salesforce platform or similar technical SaaS vendors (Tableau, DataBricks, etc.).

  • Sophisticated intuition for business and the ability to conduct technical discovery mapping needs to Agentforce capabilities.

  • Strong technical selling skills, including the ability to demo products in action and explain AI outcomes to non-technical audiences.

  • A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets and maintaining a high-energy "roll-up-your-sleeves" demeanor.

Skill-Set/Technologies:

Salesforce platform, high-volume sales execution, technical demos, negotiation techniques, Cloud Data Warehouse technologies, Predictive modeling, and Salesforce Data Cloud.
