1-2 years of documentation experience - in documenting software for technical audiences, or creative content writing for end user audience, or editing technical content for software products

Proven ability to understand end user content and craft content that is easy for users to understand.

Bachelor's degree in a technical, communications, or writing field, or equivalent experience.

Desired Experience/Skills

Knowledge of and experience with XML-based authoring tools such as Oxygen.
Knowledge of and experience with source control software such as Perforce or Git.
Knowledge of DITA and structured authoring.
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Good to have ability to read, understand, and build short code samples in a variety of programming languages
Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce familiarity a plus)
A related technical degree required
