Description
This role serves as a trusted advisor to the President and CEO of GovCloud, managing the office operations, priorities, initiatives, and executive engagement program. This individual will help to streamline decision-making and ensure the team operates efficiently by providing insights, analysis, and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the ensuring efficiency and timely execution of key business priorities
- Manage end-to-end executive engagement for the President and CEO of GovCloud and strategic customers, inclusive of city tours, strategic events, and priority customer meetings
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and President of GovCloud and key cross-functional partners to foster effective communication and collaboration
- Partner directly with the President and CEO of GovCloud to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives and priorities
- Manage correspondence with strategic customers, and other administrative tasks as needed
Experience / skills required:
- Proven track record in leading large scaled executive engagement programs
- Proactive problem-solver; ability to stay one step ahead and anticipate the needs of the President and CEO of GovCloud
- Highly organized; ability to manage activities of senior leaders to drive alignment and attainment of goals
- Executive presence; accomplished professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve complex problems
- Track record of collaborating, influencing outcomes, and driving consensus in a cross-functional environment
