Description
The Data & Systems Program Analyst plays a critical role in supporting complex, high-visibility ES programs, serving as the bridge between technical teams, data stakeholders, and program leadership to ensure system changes are delivered with quality, alignment, and operational readiness.
Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Systems Alignment
- Partner with DET G4G technical teams, HRIS, and program stakeholders to plan and execute Workday G4G and other HR system changes for enterprise-level initiatives.
- Write, refine, and test functional requirements in collaboration with program and technical teams.
- Coordinate and run system dry runs, ensuring readiness for cutover and deployment.
- Validate functionality and system impacts in partnership with Workday processing analysts and data quality teams.
Risk Management & Communication
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and data integrity issues, escalating to the Data Integration Lead and Data Program Manager as needed.
- Provide clear, timely communication to the ES G4G program team regarding system changes, issues, risks, and dependencies.
- Track Workday updates and enhancements relevant to the program, communicating operational and data impacts.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Serve as the liaison between technical configuration teams, data teams, and program stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and handoffs.
- Work closely with Data Program Managers to ensure data sequencing and readiness activities are integrated into program plans.
- Collaborate with operational teams to confirm process alignment post-launch.

Required Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR systems analysis, or HR technology program support roles.
- Hands-on experience with Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Time), with familiarity in other HR systems such as Beqom or Salesforce.
- Proven ability to write functional requirements and lead testing efforts.
- Strong skills in system impact analysis, risk identification, and cross-team communication.
Desired Experience:
- Experience supporting large-scale HR transformation or system implementation programs.
- Familiarity with data quality frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Experience in SOX-compliant or highly regulated environments.
- Background in HR operations or case management support models.
