What is an Account Solution Engineer?
Also known as a "Presales Consultant," "Solution Advisor," or "Sales Engineer," the Account Solution Engineer is a key partner in the sales cycle, delivering thought leadership to help companies transform their customer experiences. You will be an expert contributor who works closely with colleagues and helps sales teams create meaningful advice and solutions for our customers.
To ensure our impact is both deep and relevant, we have verticalized our teams and the way we approach our customers. This means our Solution Engineers specialize by industry, allowing them to speak the customer’s language and deeply understand their specific business processes, regulatory environment, and market challenges. For this role, you will be part of our Financial Services vertical, focusing on the unique digital evolution of the Belgian finance sector.
In this role, you will help set a vision, translating business objectives into practical, enticing recommendations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to Belgian financial institutions—from established banks and insurers to innovative fintechs—showing them how AI and CRM can help them better serve their communities.
Your Responsibilities
- Enable Digital Transformation: Partner with customers to shape their digital journeys using market-leading CRM and AI Agent technology.
- Solution Orchestration: Coordinate with internal teams to build custom solution concepts and technical Proof of Concepts (POCs).
- Trusted Advisory: Listen to customer needs and translate business challenges into recommendations that demonstrate clear value to both business leaders and IT stakeholders.
- Technical Engagement: Build and share compelling demonstrations that highlight the capabilities of the Salesforce platform and our partner ecosystem.

- Flexibility: Willing and able to travel occasionally to connect with customers in person in our territory (Belgium, Netherlands or Luxembourg).
Qualifications & Skills
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and either Dutch or French. Tri-lingual skills are highly valued
- Local Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Belgian financial sector (Banking, Insurance, or Wealth) or an interest in the local regulatory landscape (FSMA/NBB).
- Salesforce Ecosystem: Exposure to or interest in Salesforce solutions (e.g., Sales, Service, Data 360, Agentforce).
- Technical Curiosity: An understanding of AI concepts (Predictive/Generative), Data structures, or Business Analytics.
