Description
As a Partner Advisor and Scale Partner Account Manager (PAM Scale), you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing a portfolio of high-potential partners within the Salesforce Ecosystem across the Benelux region (Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg). You will accelerate partner growth by driving engagement, enablement, and go-to-market (GTM) activation at scale. Your mission is to enable partners as key contributors to Salesforce's strategic priorities: driving net new business, scaling consumption-led growth with Agentforce and Data Cloud, and positioning partners to lead the Agentic Enterprise transformation. Through structured partner plans, enablement programs, and data-driven engagement, you'll help partners generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact. You will be part of the EMEA Partner Business Development team—a recognized talent hub for Alliances & Channels (A&C)—with a clear career path toward Partner Business Development Executive and Partner Account Manager roles.
Partner Growth & Enablement
- Develop and execute structured partner plans that drive scalable engagement and measurable business outcomes across Benelux
- Lead partner enablement on Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Informatica solutions, driving certification and learning initiatives
- Implement a Partner Success Framework that enables partner self-service and accelerates time-to-value
Revenue Generation & Pipeline Development
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline with focus on net new customer acquisition and Annual Order Value growth
- Enable partners to generate and track consumption-based revenue (Net Consumed Revenue) for Agentforce and Data Cloud
- Support partners in delivering Agentic Enterprise POVs and transformation journeys through the 5-stage playbook
- Coordinate partner participation in high-potential partner programs and Agentic Enterprise License Agreements (AELAs)
GTM Execution & Collaboration
- Drive adoption of Salesforce GTM motions, including AI-first selling, Data 360, and industry-specific plays
- Collaborate with Benelux sales leadership and country-specific teams to align partner strategies with regional revenue goals
- Partner with regional marketing teams to optimize demand generation and engagement campaigns
- Develop automated engagement models to streamline partner communications and activation at scale
Performance Management
- Track and optimize partner performance metrics including sourced ACV, pipeline conversion, and enablement completion rates
- Provide data-driven insights to partners on their business performance and growth opportunities
- Ensure partners actively contribute to joint account planning and customer success initiatives
What You Should Have
Required:
- Experience in partner management, sales, business development, or account management in a technology environment
- Proven ability to drive revenue-generating partnerships and measurable business outcomes
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels
- Analytical mindset with ability to track KPIs, interpret data, and drive performance improvements
- Self-starter who works autonomously and drives initiatives proactively
- Fluency in English (Dutch and/or French language skills are a strong plus)
Preferred:
- Understanding of AI, data integration, and consumption-based business models
- Experience with partner-led pipeline development and enablement programs
- Familiarity with enterprise transformation, solution selling, and partner ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform and cloud-based technologies
- Track record of implementing scalable partner programs or success frameworks

- Partner-sourced ACV achievement vs. target (with emphasis on Net New AOV)
- Partner pipeline generation, quality, and conversion rates
- Partner consumption revenue (NCR) for Agentforce and Data Cloud
- Partner certification and enablement completion rates
- Number of partners activated in high-potential partner programs
- Joint account planning completion with strategic partners
- Partner-led customer implementations and proof-of-value deliveries
