Position Title: Summer 2026 Intern - Research & Insights (L2O Strategy)
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Duration: 12 weeks (Summer 2026)
12-week Summer Internship, sometime between May - September 2026
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated summer intern to join our Lead-to-Cash (L2O) Insights and Transformation team, specifically supporting our Research & Insights function. This is an excellent opportunity for a rising junior or senior to gain hands-on experience in strategic research, data analysis, and project coordination at a leading enterprise technology company.
What You'll Do
As a Research & Insights Intern, you'll work closely with our L2O Insights and Transformation team to:
- Support data analysis collection efforts to uncover insights that drive strategic decision-making
- Support project coordination across cross-functional initiatives
- Test, and optimize surveys to gather critical business intelligence
- Help analyze survey results and translate findings with team members
- Assist in building dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support research projects
- Support the creation of readout materials including; decks, one-pagers, infographics, etc. as requested
- Help coordinate meetings and workshops as needed
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (rising junior or senior), graduating Winter 2026, Spring 2027 or Spring 2028
- Strong analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or similar platforms)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Curious mindset with a passion for turning data into insights
- Ability to work collaboratively
Bonus Points
- Coursework in statistics, business analytics, or research methods
- Strong AI knowledge and past usage
- Experience with Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
- Proficiency with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems
- Interest in go-to-market strategy or business operations
