Overview of the Role
The Product Management Manager role is part of the Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) Sales Compensation team. As a Product Manager, Manager within this organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Salesforce on Salesforce solutions that enable us to be the #1 Customer and CRM company in the world. You will be the linchpin between our product teams and the market, ensuring that our offerings align seamlessly with our business needs and industry trends.
We’re looking for a stellar Product Manager to join our DET Sales Comp Team to reinvent, reimagine, and operationalize the way that 35,000 Sellers at Salesforce get paid. You’ll be part of a championship team whose sole mission is to make sure that commissions are paid accurately and on time, every time, so that Sellers are incentivized to sell, sell, sell, and Salesforce is able to get to $60B and beyond by 2030.

Responsibilities
Success will be measured by how well you’re able to work with your stakeholders to drive cross-functional alignment and ship products in an efficient and timely manner.
Demonstrate the ability to take on ambitious, high-level strategic objectives and collaborate with the Director of Product to translate them into actionable quarterly deliverables, including a well-defined product vision, delivery roadmap, and functional requirements for the engineering team.
Analyze functional gaps between as-is and to-be state, prioritize features based on capabilities, strategic goals, business feedback, and RICE (reach, impact, confidence, and estimation).
Act as the voice of the customer during feature grooming, sprint planning, ensuring that the engineering team understands and delivers on business expectations.
Establish a continuous feedback loop with our users, gathering insights to iterate on product enhancements and innovations.
Develop measurable, actionable, and insightful KPIs that you can use to hold yourself and the business accountable QoQ.
Create human connected, culturally relevant, and empathetic communications and product demos that make the audience feel like they are sharing an intimate moment with you.
Thread AI into as many Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) as possible whether that is in your own work or the work of others.
Showcase extreme ownership by ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, overseeing E2E (End-to-End) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) efforts, and addressing user bugs, issues, and incidents according to impact analysis.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of product management or related industry experience
Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and taking a product from 0-1
Hands-on experience with generative and agentic AI tools (i.e Copilot Studio, Agentforce, NotebookLM, Gemini Pro, Cursor, or equivalent)
Working knowledge of Project Management tools like GUS, JIRA, AHA
Working knowledge of Design and Diagraming tools like Pendo, Lucid, Miro
Understands how to work in a highly matrixed environment through clear and concise communication
Embraces the beginners mindset and is not afraid to learn new things or bring new ideas
Knows how to be scrappy, ask for help, and learn new things quickly
