A blend of high-level strategy and operational execution, the Strategy & Operations Senior Manager serves as the central architect for our global product attrition forecasting engine. In this high-impact role, you will move beyond supporting individual units to drive a cloud-oriented view of retention health across our business leaning heavily on data, math-based models, and executive relationships..

As the "Forecasting Expert-in-Residence," you will align inputs from Sales, Customer Success, and Product to build a predictive, reliable, and scalable motion that informs our most critical business decisions by product

We’re looking for highly passionate candidates who have relentless curiosity, a startup mentality, attention to detail, willingness to manage multiple priorities, and ability to deal with ambiguity effectively. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Renewals Strategy & Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create the product forecasting process within the Renewals function

  • Democratize the attrition forecast & renewals story across product GTM teams

  • Partner with the Analytics team and perform ad-hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools (examples of analyses include customer segmentation, participation, propensity to buy, white space, likelihood to churn, etc.) to drive forecast accuracy or improve forecast recommendations

  • Evaluate ongoing cloud attrition performance against targets

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Strategy to develop a joint forecasting cadence

  • Create executive-level presentations for product leadership reviews; support quarterly business reviews

Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in Sales strategy/business operations roles

  • Experience with product Go-To-Market strategy

  • Experience with forecasting, business analysis, and data visualization

  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Skills

  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories for diverse audiences to communicate strategy

  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce

  • Intermediate or better mastery of Snowflake/SQL and Excel/G-sheets

  • Beginner or better mastery of Tableau

  • Flexible schedule, the ability to work with our global Renewals teams in different time zones.
