Director level individual contributor who owns strategy and delivery for key parts of the Medical Affairs solution area on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Industries, and Field teams to ship durable, enterprise grade capabilities for global pharma and biotech

Build and evolve a clear strategy and roadmap for Medical Affairs that delivers measurable customer value
Drive discovery with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders — convert problems into crisp PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ship high-quality releases on the Salesforce Platform — balance speed, safety, scalability, and configurability
Define metrics and operating rhythm — adoption, time to first value, SLA attainment, response quality, governance coverage
Lead complex cross-functional work without direct reports — create alignment and make timely tradeoffs
Focus areas you may lead
Medical Information — intake, triage, assignment, response assembly with references, approvals, versioned Q&A, SLA dashboards, audit trails
MSL workflows — call prep, guided capture mapped to taxonomy, signal detection, compliant follow-ups, reporting
KOL planning and collaboration — unified profiles, interaction history, field–home office handoffs with Safety, Clinical, and Commercial
Clinical trial collaboration — referral flows, site support signals, barrier tracking, enrollment visibility
Integrations and data model alignment — Salesforce data model, Service Console, Data Cloud, Slack, and third-party data and literature sources
Minimum requirements
10+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, including platform or workflow products
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives as an individual contributor — strong influence skills across Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Field teams
Strong product writing and storytelling — PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and exec-ready narratives that drive decisions
Experience building on Salesforce or similar platforms — data modeling, permissions, extensibility, and Service Console patterns
Comfort working with customers in governed industries — partner with security, legal, and quality to land reviewable solutions
Preferred qualifications
Experience in life sciences or healthcare enterprise workflows
Exposure to Medical Affairs domains — Medical Information, MSL workflows, KOL planning, or clinical trial collaboration
Familiarity with KOL data providers, scientific literature and reference management, or safety signal workflows
Experience designing AI-assisted experiences with human-in-the-loop review and traceability on enterprise platforms
Salesforce certifications or Trailhead credentials in Platform, Service, Health, or Industries
