Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Alliance Partner Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with 20 consulting partners. This role focuses on driving partner success through strategic program guidance, pipeline development, and capability building to maximize Salesforce deal closure rates.

- Leads regional/ country partnership setting multi-year vision and strategy for the partnership.

- Owns and drives partner impact across the C360.

- Influences, networks and develops business across both companies bringing a “hunter” mindset to creating accretive monetization opportunities.

- Translates these opportunities into market making activities and investments, and drives those initiatives into OUs/ Countries to deliver maximum value

Key Responsibilities

1.Strategic Plan to grow

- Collaborate with C-suite Partner Stakeholders to co-create annual and multi-year strategic plans, set clear growth expectations, and introduce new products/solutions applicable to the Partner

- Identify and develop strategic areas of focus aligned to partner and SF priorities, discuss & explore GTM opportunities and pipe generation that capture TAM and become force multipliers for mutual growth. Shape investments and white space identification

2.Partner Program Management & Guidance

- Monitor and ensure partner compliance with Partner Program requirements

- Provide strategic guidance and track partner progress against program milestones

- Develop comprehensive growth plans in collaboration with consulting partners

- Identify and drive enablement needs, capacity planning and red account trends regionally.

3.Pipeline Development & Sales Enablement

- Support partners in building robust sales pipelines

- Actively participate in pre-sales activities to ensure successful deal closure

- Onboard and develop partners to become proactive contributors to Salesforce opportunities

Partner Capability Development

- Assess partner technical knowledge and implementation capabilities for Salesforce solutions

- Create and execute enablement plans to develop required partner skills

- Collaborate on partner growth strategies to enhance their Salesforce expertise

4.Relationship Management & Execution

- Conduct minimum 5+ partner meetings per week to maintain strong relationships

- Establish clear objectives, execute strategic initiatives, and provide regular progress reports

- Ensure rapid and accurate response to partner needs and internal stakeholder requirements

- Lead and unify cross-functional teams (Partner Sales Acceleration, Enablement, Direct Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Product, etc.) within region or as global steward for select partners

Required Qualifications

Experience & Background

Minimum 5+ years of successful experience in similar partner management or alliance roles

7+ years of overall corporate experience with strong business acumen

Proven track record in goal setting, execution, and performance reporting

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent English communication skills (Japanese language skills preferred)

- Outstanding interpersonal and collaboration skills with a strong partnership mindset

- Exceptional intelligence and analytical capabilities

- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different time zones

- Fast-paced, accurate work execution with attention to detail
