8 MONTH CONTRACTOR ROLE - Feb - September 2026
This role is focused on the design, delivery, and scaling of the Futureforce Intern and New Graduate programs. The role is focused on Week 1 Onboarding content, overseeing schedule, sessions and logistics. This individual will additionally be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the New Grad experience, ensuring participants reach technical and professional milestones through structured enablement. This role is based in San Francisco and requires a 3-4 day in-office presence to lead local programming and coordinate hybrid logistics.
Core Responsibilities
- Enablement Programming: Build and execute the onboarding curriculum that includes technical onboarding and professional skill-building workshops.
- Event Production: Own the full planning cycle for events in smaller office locations (Chicago, NYC, Dallas, etc) and virtual/hybrid sessions, managing everything from vendor sourcing and budget tracking to on-site execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison Programs and Recruiting in these smaller office locations ensuring a universal experience for interns regardless of location.
- Process Optimization: Create standardized playbook for AMER New Grad program, delivering the 3-month program regularly.
- Data & Reporting: Track and report on program metrics, including participant engagement and NPS.
Required Tangible Experience
- Proven track record of building enablement content or training modules specifically for early-career audiences or entry-level professionals.
- Experience identifying "skill gaps" and deploying targeted sessions to address them.
- Direct experience managing large-scale events (50+ attendees), including logistics, catering, AV requirements, and budget management.
- Ability to produce hybrid events that ensure a high-quality experience for both in-person attendees and remote participants.
- Experience managing cross-functional partnerships and vendors
- Confidence in presenting program ROI and performance data to leadership teams.
- Strong analytical skills using Excel/Google Sheets to track participation data and budget spend.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Program Management, specifically within Talent Development, University Relations, or Enablement.
- Location: Ability to work from the San Francisco office 3-4 days per week.
