As a key member of the Global Equity Plan Services team, you will lead the day-to-day administration of Salesforce’s comprehensive global equity portfolio, including Restricted Stock Units (RSUs/RSAs), Performance Stock Units (PSUs), Stock Options, and Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP).
The Senior Analyst serves as a critical liaison among transfer agents, brokerage partners, legal counsel, and internal business stakeholders. This role ensures the precise execution of global equity transactions and the accurate, timely fulfillment of tax withholding obligations across more than 30 countries.
The ideal candidate is a customer-centric self-starter and a Slack-first collaborator who proactively drives process improvement and automation. We are looking for an analytical, solution-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical rigor to maintain data integrity at scale. We work on a hybrid schedule and go into the office three days a week.
YOUR IMPACT:
Lead the seamless administration of Salesforce’s global equity portfolio, including RSUs, RSAs, PSUs, ESPP, and stock options, ensuring precision from grant to settlement
Simplify employee equity education by making complex plan details easy to understand through clear communications and training
Act as a functional architect to design and implement automated workflows using Alteryx and advanced data tools, reducing manual intervention and scaling our operations for 30+ countries
Own the "source of truth" by auditing and reconciling data flows between Workday, E*TRADE (EEO), and global payroll systems to ensure 100% data accuracy and SOX compliance
Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including Payroll, Tax, Employee Success (Human Resources), and Legal to support equity-related processes and ensure compliance
Coordinate closely with Employee Success and Payroll to ensure accurate employee data and appropriate tax treatment
Maintain a rigorous internal control environment, leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reconciliations and supporting external audit requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; combined with 4+ years of progressive experience in global stock administration or equity
Proven track record of managing high-volume deliverables and multiple competing deadlines within a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and complex data analysis and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or progress toward certification preferred
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with the E*TRADE Equity Edge Online (EEO) platform highly preferred, including ESPP and stock option administration
Working knowledge of equity-related system integrations and data flows, including Workday and Alteryx
Experience using Slack Canvas, Huddles, and Workflow Builder to enhance transparency and automate routine equity inquiries or cross-functional status updates
General understanding of data flows and system integrations (e.g., Workday to Alteryx), ensuring seamless synchronization across the equity tech stack
