Overview of the Role:
The High Velocity Sales Center of Excellence is a high impact team that covers CMRCL, SMB, ECS, Sales Development, and our Run Rate business (<$150k) globally. This role will serve as a central Analyst/Sr. Analyst, reporting into the Senior Director of the High Velocity Sales COE, assisting with GTM planning, strategic initiatives & analyses, and the development of scalable infrastructure/tools for the High Velocity Business.
Successful candidates will be able to use data to drive insights, provide strategic recommendations, build scalable assets, and guide the charge on execution and organizational change. You will have the opportunity to combine intuition for business, innovative inquiry, insights from sales leaders, and curiosity to accomplish meaningful work to uncover trends and identify insights that deliver impact across the organization.
Sample projects and results range from evaluating global GTM models, building a scalable reporting infrastructure, and leading global analyses that will set up our high velocity business for sustained growth in the future.
Responsibilities:
Define, design, and interpret key performance metrics to deliver insights and recommendations
Support extensive GTM planning process and pivotal initiatives through capacity planning, efficiency, review, and market segmentation
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance (budget, headcount planning), recruiting (hiring profile, seasonality), field enablement/programs, Employee Success, etc.
Collaborate with our global strategy teams supporting the HVS business.
Develop and deliver presentations for senior executives
Required Skills:
2-3+ years of professional experience, in a highly analytical role or strategy department
Advanced Excel skills
Proficient SQL skills or ability to learn them
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau a plus
Outstanding problem solving skills: consistent track record to ask questions, structure sophisticated problems, develop solutions and recommendations
Strong communication skills to translate complex info into easily digestible insights and executive presentations
Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations
Resilient Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
Highly collaborative style with strong networking skills across business functions
Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency
Passionate around quantitative analysis, Excel, and reasoning
