Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Ireland team. The successful candidates will manage high-revenue accounts, engage with senior executives, and drive both immediate and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales within the Ireland & Northern Ireland territory, managing both new and existing accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, CIO, etc.).
- Execute complex, multi-stakeholder sales strategies in a matrix organisation.
- Develop opportunities from smaller initial deals into high-value strategic accounts.
- Balance large multi-million-dollar deals with smaller, transactional deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption and expansion within accounts.
- Take ownership and grow key accounts
Experience & Skills:
- Proven enterprise-grade Account Executive experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Ability to balance strategic engagement with driving immediate revenue.
- Comfortable navigating matrix organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to seed new products and grow accounts over time.
- Strong interpersonal and executive-level communication skills.
