Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Ireland team. The successful candidates will manage high-revenue accounts, engage with senior executives, and drive both immediate and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales within the Ireland & Northern Ireland territory, managing both new and existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, CIO, etc.).
  • Execute complex, multi-stakeholder sales strategies in a matrix organisation.
  • Develop opportunities from smaller initial deals into high-value strategic accounts.
  • Balance large multi-million-dollar deals with smaller, transactional deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption and expansion within accounts.
  • Take ownership and grow key accounts

Experience & Skills:

  • Proven enterprise-grade Account Executive experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Ability to balance strategic engagement with driving immediate revenue.
  • Comfortable navigating matrix organisations.
  • Demonstrated ability to seed new products and grow accounts over time.
  • Strong interpersonal and executive-level communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with focus on long-term account growth.
  • Adaptable and collaborative, thriving in a tenured, high-performing team.
