About the Position

The Account Executive creates, progresses and closes opportunities for the full platform of Salesforce products. For customers, this will range from holistic business transformations to specific projects requiring single solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will establish relationships with entire C-Suites and partner with them for long-term success. As the primary owner of many customer relationships, you will drive deals from first call to close, effectively leading sophisticated deals throughout the entire sales process to order form signature. As a business development professional, you must be a driven individual who can generate a large amount of pipeline for the business within a short period of time. As a team leader, you will be passionate about our customers, partnering with other Salesforce Account Executives to drive new sales and success across all of your accounts.

We're looking for a highly accomplished sales professional to join us as a Named Account Executive for a selected number of territories in Enterprise Segment in Poland. This is an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced individual eager to further their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with a few selected customers. You will leverage your consultative selling expertise to drive engagements at C-level, while building and managing customer-centric teams. You'll skilfully balance short-term delivery and results with long-term strategic partnerships. As a compelling communicator, you'll act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding your client's unique business challenges and goals and communicate across levels. You'll advise customers on the Salesforce Platform, evangelising AI-powered solutions that empower them to achieve their business objectives and innovate within their organisations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for a mixed territory.

  • Coordinating teams within a matrix organisation to ensure one Salesforce vision, seamless customer experience and account growth.

  • Engaging with C-Level decision-makers to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, specific visionary POV, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.

  • Driving significant coordination among internal groups such as Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Strategy Partners, Executives, and Partners to execute a cohesive account strategy.

  • Working with Partners to ensure the successful delivery of contracted business solutions and technical implementations.

  • Owning key business development responsibilities within assigned territory.

  • Providing mentorship and guidance to other team members.

Your Impact

  • You will lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales whilst growing existing accounts.

  • Handling strategic accounts and relationships across the team

  • Drive Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence together with the Business Development Manager.

  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).

  • Engage with prospect organisations to position salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data.

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Core Sales teams, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.

  • Daily update of the salesforce.com system with accurate customer and pipeline data.

  • Accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery.

  • Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings

Basic Requirement

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills

  • Shown track achievement against targets and metrics

  • Credibility internally and with customers

  • Validated sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement

  • Successful history of net new business and existing business upsell

  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals

  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).

  • BA Degree, MSC / MBA Preferred

  • Fluency in English and Polish - is a must
