Description
Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Data Analysis: Work with large, complex datasets to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for business improvement. Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
Data Preparation & Governance: Connect to various data sources (e.g., SQL, cloud data warehouses, Excel), clean, transform, and structure data to ensure accuracy and readiness for Tableau visualization.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders across different departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Product) to gather requirements and define metrics.
Training & Documentation: Develop documentation for dashboards and provide training to end-users on how to effectively utilize the reports and derive insights.
Optimization: Continuously optimize and standardize existing reports for performance, usability, and data integrity.
Ability to pivot to newer technologies like Tableau Next or experience with any Business Intelligence tool
