Description
The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team serves as a trusted advisor to the business to help guide decision-making through business partner support and innovative and informative analyses. We are looking for forward-thinking, results-oriented individuals who will succeed in a fast-paced environment, thrive in leading teams, and improve processes that will allow the company to scale with growth! This role will support the global Real Estate and Workplace Services team through financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and decision support for the Real Estate leadership team. This individual will be an integral player in important organization-wide initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities:
Build trusted relationships with business partners to support strategic decision-making through insightful, thoughtful analysis that is deeply grounded in data and metrics
Support consolidated close and forecasts (monthly and quarterly forecasts; annual plan) and prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, analyzing financial results and distilling key trends
Work cross functionally with Finance & Strategy, Accounting, Real Estate Operations, and other business partners as necessary, to ensure alignment and expense accuracy
Assist in analysis and presentation of strategic materials for key management meetings
Continue to drive process improvement and scalability by developing repeatable business, operational and financial processes widely understood by all key stakeholders
Ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
Required Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or analytic roles
Experience building financial and decision support models, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Intellectual curiosity, fueled by a proactive approach to continuously expand one’s skillset
Highly motivated, self-aware, collaborative, and responsive
Experience with the following systems: Hyperion, Oracle, Tableau, Business Objects, or other BI tools is a plus
This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.
