Are you passionate about solving problems? Do you love working with a team to create solutions? Salesforce Financial Services is looking for a strong Wealth Management Product Owner to help drive purpose built solution selling at scale across our Financial Services organization. This individual needs to be passionate about all things product & financial services! Blending the work of release management with scalable assets in partnership with Sales & Product.

The role requires not only a foundational understanding of financial services, but more importantly a technical lead mindset. This is a high-visibility role with direct interaction and partnership with various leaders across Financial Services such as Sales, Solutions, Product Management, and Product Marketing organizations. Key organizational alignment and support includes, but is not limited to:

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Wealth Management Domain Knowledge & Curiosity:
    • Knowledge around the Wealth Management Space
    • Curiosity on how Wealth Management will evolve as an industry over time
    • Comfort level presenting to c-level executives in the Wealth Management Space
    • Leading internal & external events tailored to a Wealth Management Audience
  • Salesforce Product Expertise:
    • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce 360 platform - specifically Financial Services Cloud
    • Utilize Salesforce metadata configuration tools to design and deploy custom applications and solutions.
    • Collaborate with developers to leverage Salesforce functionality in the Wealth Management space
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deploy demos & functionalities to a scalable environment
  • Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with ISS leads, builds teams, and other internal support teams to align release strategies with business objectives.
    • Communicate release plans and changes to stakeholders, facilitating necessary approvals and sign-offs.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and manage risks related to Salesforce releases.
    • Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks and ensure smooth releases.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Maintain detailed release documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
    • Document release procedures, guidelines, and lessons learned.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment methodologies.
  • Experience and willingness to help with build tasks, as needed.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio tools, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, OmniStudio Consultant or Developer, Salesforce Developer nice-to-have).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and automation
