Description

The Total Rewards Delivery Team is the operational engine behind the organization’s Total Rewards strategy—responsible for the seamless execution of compensation, benefits, and well-being programs that attract, retain, and support our talent. This team ensures that all Total Rewards programs are delivered with a focus on accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and employee care.

As a Senior Manager / Manager of Compensation Delivery, you’ll play a critical leadership role in shaping how compensation programs are executed worldwide. You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact compensation programs—partnering closely with Total Rewards Centers of Excellence, People Services, HR Business Partners, and business leaders to ensure every program is delivered seamlessly, accurately, and on time. From annual compensation cycles and equity programs to promotions and M&A integration, your work will directly influence how employees experience reward and recognition.

What You’ll Do

* Lead with impact: Own the execution of global compensation programs, including annual merit, bonus, equity, and promotion cycles, ensuring flawless delivery across regions.

* Drive operational excellence: Manage day-to-day program and project execution—planning, tracking, documentation, risk management, and executive-ready status updates.

* Innovate and optimize: Continuously improve processes and delivery models to elevate efficiency, scalability, and employee experience, leveraging automation and AI where possible.

* Partner strategically: Collaborate with business and HR leaders to understand evolving needs, shape program objectives, and translate strategy into action.

* Project leadership: Create and manage program-related projects, proactively adjusting plans, resolving issues, and navigating dependencies to ensure success.

* Think holistically: Anticipate how compensation programs intersect with other initiatives and partner cross-functionally to mitigate risks and drive alignment.

* Ensure integrity: Maintain compliance with global legal, regulatory, and audit requirements—protecting both the organization and our employees.

What You Bring

* Bachelor’s degree plus 7+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, finance, or HR program management.

* Strong expertise in data analysis and modeling; experience with automation and AI is a strong plus.

* Proven experience delivering compensation programs across multiple countries or regions.

* Deep familiarity with compensation tools and HRIS platforms (Workday, Beqom, Anaplan).

* Advanced skills in Excel and Google Suite.

* A collaborative, influential style—able to problem-solve, communicate clearly, and partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
