We are seeking a dynamic HR Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) to support the Professional Services business in India. This role will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, partnering closely with global teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to shape, influence, and execute the people strategy. The ESBP will lead initiatives across organizational design, leadership development, change management, engagement, and retention, while driving a culture of equality and high performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, excels at influencing senior leaders, and is motivated to make a meaningful impact across critical business units.

Your Impact

  • Operate as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships with senior leaders and influencing key business priorities.

  • Coach and develop executives to strengthen leadership effectiveness and functional leadership teams.

  • Act as a change leader, guiding the organization through transformation to enhance both employee and customer experience.

  • Lead and execute complex initiatives across employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, compensation strategy, and leadership development.

  • Drive people strategies aligned to business goals, including executive development, skills gap analysis, future workforce planning, and career development.

  • Partner across COEs and global HR to deliver seamless, end-to-end HR programs and processes.

  • Use data and insights to assess organizational health (e.g., performance, engagement, attrition, diversity) and advise leaders on interventions.

  • Ensure effective adoption of HR policies, programs, systems, and processes.

  • As a senior ESBP team member, contribute to cross-functional initiatives with impact beyond your immediate client group.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting diverse and senior client groups.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational dynamics and industry context.

  • Proven success building executive-level relationships and influencing decisions at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and implement large-scale people initiatives across complex organizations.

  • Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate issues and propose strategic solutions.

  • Deep experience diagnosing and addressing organizational development challenges.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to build compelling narratives with data.

  • Skilled in group facilitation, leadership coaching, and management consulting.

  • Experience in leadership development and serving as a trusted advisor to executives.

  • Ability to partner effectively with COEs to advance equality strategies and key enterprise initiatives.

  • Strong knowledge of staffing, compensation strategies, and HR operational processes.

  • High collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global and matrixed teams.

  • Understanding of local/state employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and comfort working with data and analytics.
