he Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) team within the CIO Organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Product Management to lead and grow a team of Product Owners focused on the technology strategy for our critical Total Rewards domain. This pivotal role involves setting the strategic direction for technology supporting global Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.
You will be a key leader, partnering closely with senior leadership across HR, Compliance, and Payroll to ensure our Total Rewards technology roadmap is strategically aligned, scalable, compliant, and delivers a best-in-class, efficient experience for our employees worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmap Design: Design and drive the delivery of current and future state product roadmaps, incorporating projects, features, and key initiatives that synthesize business customer needs over the long and short term while managing delivery expectations.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Product Owners; foster a high-performance culture, define career paths, and ensure the team delivers with excellence and technical fluency.
Technical Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Architecture to ensure technical solutions are viable, adhere to IT standards, and align with the broader DET ecosystem.
Stakeholder Management & Vision: Effectively communicate product vision, prioritize major initiatives, manage trade-off decisions, and influence the future of the Total Rewards function. Review vision with business partners to align on prioritization, time to market, effort, and scope.
Market & Trend Analysis: Identify business themes and trends to influence customer vision at the product level, driving feature assessment and uptake.
Delivery Oversight: Oversee the planning of work into sprints, including the assignment and delivery of the product.
Solution Optimization: Ensure solutions promote simplification, scalability, accuracy, and an increasingly higher level of productivity for users while aligning with IT standards.
Required Experience & Skills
7+ years of experience in Product Management or an equivalent role focusing on enterprise HR or Finance technology solutions.
2+ years of experience directly leading, managing, and developing a team of Product Owners or Analysts.
Deep Domain Expertise: Extensive, proven experience with core Total Rewards modules within major SaaS platforms, specifically Workday HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits/Compensation.
Strategic & Tactical Agility: Demonstrated ability to transition from big-picture strategic planning (roadmap, vision) to detailed execution (feature prioritization, delivery oversight).
Communication Mastery: Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills.
Executive Influence: Exceptional influencing, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and process ideas concisely to executive and non-technical audiences.
Global Collaboration: Demonstrated success as a team player able to work with virtual and global cross-functional teams.
Project Management: Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts and techniques.
Adaptability: Ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple customers and projects
Desired Experience & Skills
Experience with Agile/SCRUM techniques.
Specific knowledge of Enterprise applications/modules: Workday HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence & Compensation.
Familiarity with web, cloud, and modern API-driven application architectures.
