Position Summary

We are seeking a top-tier Field Marketing Lead to become the strategic expert and pivotal central point for one of our core Cloud products. This highly visible role places you at the heart of the EMEA Cloud ecosystem.

You will act as the Single Source of Truth for all Cloud campaign activity, performance, and optimization feedback loops, providing an Exhaustive View of activation effectiveness from a cross-channel perspective across the entire EMEA region. You will serve as a key strategic partner to both Product Marketing and Operating Unit (OU) Field Marketing teams.

This position is fundamentally about relationship building, requiring you to be a natural Facilitator and Connector. You will leverage collaboration and Leadership by Influence to unify efforts, drive continuous innovation through a Test & Learn approach, and provide crucial insights and feedback to optimize global campaigns and articulate their value to the OUs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Centralization & The Single Source of Truth

  • Act as the Single Source of Truth by consolidating and reporting all cross-channel activity (owned and influenced channels) and performance of Cloud campaigns across EMEA.

  • Develop clear reporting frameworks to share performance trends with key stakeholders, ensuring a unified view of activation results and feeding optimization feedback loops.

  • Support segment analysis and work with Sales Strategy and Marketing Operations to identify key growth opportunities for the Cloud product.

2. Strategy, Innovation, and Execution

  • Develop, own, and execute the specialized channel strategy for webinars, email marketing, and other digital activities across the EMEA region.

  • Drive Continuous Innovation by implementing a Test & Learn approach in channel strategy and campaign execution, ensuring learnings are quickly shared and applied across the region.

  • Act as the primary Field Marketing expert for your specific product, driving towards defined targets through owned and influenced channels, and ensuring seamless integration with broader regional marketing efforts.

3. Collaboration, Influence, and Alignment

  • Align to the product marketing teams, as well as provide support and guidance to the regional Field Marketing teams.

  • Collaborate closely with OU Field Marketers to ensure your channel strategies are fully aligned and integrated with their comprehensive multi-channel plans.

  • Serve as a central Facilitator and Connector to ensure clear roles and responsibilities and unified alignment across Product Marketing, Global, and Regional Marketing teams, driving consensus through Leadership by Influence.

  • Maintain a continuous feedback loop to enhance campaign effectiveness and articulate the value of global campaigns to the OUs.

  • Maintain effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations across marketing and product teams.

Required Experience/Skills

  • 7+ years Marketing experience in a role managing multi-channel Marketing campaigns (i.e. email, direct mail, print, online and /or social media).

  • 4+ years experience partnering with Sales to deliver results.

  • Exceptional Analytical Acumen: Proven strength in data analysis, transforming raw campaign data into compelling Marketing Insights and actionable Recommendations through strong data narrative and storytelling.

  • Strong understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving success.

  • Experience developing and executing Marketing strategies and programs for B2B organizations.

  • Experience allocating and optimizing spend across tactics.

  • Exceptional relationship builder with a collaborative and analytical mindset, acting as a natural Facilitator and Connector across matrixed teams.

  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and align diverse stakeholders in a matrix organization through Leadership by Influence rather than direct reporting authority.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce with strong Salesforce reporting skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with a track record for meeting deadlines.

  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and skilled at anticipating what’s needed.

  • Strong communication skills and a proven collaboration mindset.

Desired Experience/Skills

  • Language proficiency: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch

  • Experience with other Marketing tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Responsys, Google Analytics, Omniture, Demandbase, etc. preferred.

  • Works well in a high growth environment that is constantly changing.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Interested in and willing to travel for marketing and internal events as needed.
