In this role, you'll be essential in ensuring fairness, consistency, and data-driven integrity during organizational transformation efforts. You'll be directly responsible for developing and automating complex analyses – particularly focused on process quality and pre-/post- comparisons. You'll partner closely with leaders and ESBPs (HRBPs) to understand the strategic intent of changes, providing tracking, predictive analysis, and guidance to ensure transformation goals are met. This is a critical, high-visibility position requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to translate technical workforce data into clear, actionable insights that drive process excellence and lasting organizational health.Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and automate sophisticated analytics focused on process fairness and organizational health (e.g., span of control, executive ratio, geodistribution), including comparative organizational analyses before, during, and following changes.
  • Deliver timely, high-quality insights to key stakeholders and decision-makers, within and outside of Employee Success (HR).
  • Provide consultative support and data-driven context to ESBPs and business leaders, helping them understand what is changing and why.
  • Synthesize complex workforce data and business context to provide clear, decisive, and actionable insights that inform people strategy initiatives.
  • Proactively identify potential organizational risks stemming from transformation efforts, communicating findings in a way that guides stakeholder decisions and aligns with broader organizational priorities.
  • Maintain methodological rigor and integrity across all management, preparation, and reporting of data.
  • Continuously refine analytical techniques and leverage advanced statistical methods to ensure speed and accuracy in assessments.
  • Manage sensitive and urgent project timelines, effectively prioritizing competing requests from senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD in a field related to organizational research and analytics (e.g., I/O Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Behavior, Management, Public Policy).
  • 5+ years experience leading people analytics projects (e.g., related to talent management, compensation and benefits, engagement / employee experience, workforce planning).
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), survey platforms (e.g., Perceptyx), cleaning and organizing data (e.g. merging data sets, pivot tables) and statistical analysis (e.g., regression, structural equation modeling).
  • Experience with workflow automations that speed up data access, preparation, and manipulation.
  • Strong written and verbal skills to simplify complex data, share cohesive and actionable insights, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
