Description
Salesforce is seeking a high-performing, enterprise-grade Account Executive to join our Agentforce Net Zero team—a key growth area within Salesforce. This role is for seasoned software sellers with a strong track record of exceeding quota in complex sales environments. While experience in sustainability or ESG software is a plus, it's your enterprise selling chops and ability to drive business value that will set you apart.
About Agentforce Net Zero
Agentforce Net Zero is Salesforce’s flagship sustainability management platform powered by Agentforce, helping companies track, manage, and reduce their carbon footprint while staying ahead of climate disclosure regulations. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of digital transformation and environmental stewardship—where the deals you close have purpose-driven business outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for:
Owning the full sales cycle for Agentforce Net Zero—from prospecting and pipeline generation to deal close and customer expansion.
Building and executing a strategic territory plan to drive new business and expand adoption within the existing Salesforce customer base.
Partnering cross-functionally with BDRs, solution engineers, industry experts, and core Salesforce teams to win strategic opportunities.
Becoming a trusted advisor by deeply understanding your customers’ sustainability goals, ESG reporting needs, and climate action strategies.
Demonstrating value at the executive level, including ROI-based selling to VP and C-level decision-makers.
Forecasting accurately, managing pipeline health, and participating in regional forecast calls and account planning sessions.
