About Team:
C360 Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) is closely aligned to the Enterprise Business Unit as they partner together on selling to our largest Enterprise clients across a diverse set of industries.The mission of C360 ECS is to accelerate sales of multiple products and also is responsible for managing a large volume of opportunities within Enterprise clients. Your role includes partnering with our Strategic Account Executives to promote the Salesforce vision and account strategy. This role will suit those who are looking to take their enterprise sales skills to the next level.
Responsibilities:
To exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into ECS accounts within an assigned within a sub set of major account/customer or vertical market.
You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, to expand existing accounts and develop new accounts.
Territory/ Vertical identification and research, to formalize a go to market strategy and create qualified target accounts.
Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.
Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
Daily update of the Salesforce system with accurate customer and pipeline data.
Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
Be able to manage different organization mandatory activities and be aware of huge internal processes.
Articulate salesforce value proposition
Support growth in Enterprise accounts and their subsidiaries by closing opportunities BCO (Below Cut Off) deals. Cut-off threshold is set for the size of opportunities, and ECS is mainly responsible for BCO deals.
Identify larger opportunities and transition to Enterprise AE.
Required Skills:
Extensive, relevant experience of selling enterprise software solutions gained within a major software vendor.
Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
Demonstrable track record of sales over achievement.
Fluency in Korean language.
Fluency in English language would be a plus.
CRM application sales or vertical Industry sector experience would be viewed favorably.
