Medical Science Liaison (South US or Eastern US)

About Ossium
Ossium’s mission is to improve the health, vitality, and longevity of human beings through bioengineering. We develop, manufacture, and bank cell therapy products that apply the power of stem cell science to revolutionize treatment for patients with blood, immune, and orthopedic diseases. At Ossium, we empower our employees, maintain the highest standards of operational excellence, and are a force for good.
About the Job
We're hiring a Medical Science Liaison to be the bridge between our cutting-edge cryopreserved deceased donor bone marrow technology and the hematology/oncology and transplant medicine community. As the scientific voice of Ossium, you’ll build relationships with key opinion leaders, translate complex science into compelling clinical narratives, and help physicians and transplant care teams understand how our products transform patient outcomes.
This isn't a traditional pharma MSL role. You'll be working with breakthrough cell therapy technology at an early-stage company, which means real autonomy, meaningful scientific impact, and a direct line to clinical development decisions. This role will be instrumental in building scientific community awareness and supporting our clinical development efforts in the hematology/oncology and transplant medicine space.
We are looking for MSLs in either the South or the Eastern region of the United States.
