About the Role

As an Video Content Specialist, you’ll support the creation of structured, high-quality training and product enablement videos that help users understand software workflows and features clearly. This role focuses on building learning-focused video assets—not marketing or social media content. You’ll work closely with Product and Learning teams to transform product documentation, demos, and workflows into simple, engaging, and instructional video content. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in video production, technology, and AI-driven learning to gain hands-on experience in creating professional training materials. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Learning & Development, and Operations) to ensure content is accurate, easy to understand, and aligned with learning objectives.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual who enjoys simplifying complex ideas into engaging learning experiences through videos and visuals. The ideal candidate is exposed to creating videos for technology and Software products, comfortable exploring software workflows, AI and interested in turning product knowledge into easy-to-understand content.

This role focuses on building learning-focused video assets—not marketing or social media content and is ideal for early-career professionals (2-4 years experience) Young professionals who want to further their career in instructional content creation, video production for product enablement while gaining exposure to real-world procurement scenarios are welcome to apply.

Key Qualifications

> Experience: 2-4 years

> Video & Content Creation: Experience in video recording, editing, and creating structured learning or explainer content that improves user understanding of software features

> Product & Technical Curiosity: Exposure to software products, workflows, and how users interact with technology. Exposure to SaaS or product environments is a plus.

> Instructional Thinking: Ability or interest in simplifying concepts and structuring content for learning and knowledge transfer.

> AI & Modern Tools: Familiarity or interest in with AI-assisted content creation workflows and tools such as Synthesia, ChatGPT, Adobe tools, Canva, Captivate, or similar platforms.

> Communication: Ability to explain concepts clearly through visuals, voiceovers, and storytelling.

> Collaboration: Experience with collaborating with various stakeholders.

Deliveries for this Role

  • Create software training videos using tools such as Camtasia, Synthesia, Captivate, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Record and edit screen walkthroughs demonstrating platform features and workflows.
  • Convert product documentation or demos into structured learning videos.
  • Add voiceovers, captions, callouts, and instructional overlays to enhance learning clarity.
  • Iterate on content based on feedback and maintain high production standards.

Nice to Have:

  • Visual design or basic graphic design skills
