About the Role

This is not a typical internship.

You’ll work at the intersection of AI, go-to-market, and internal product innovation, helping ORO become its own best example of what orchestration looks like in practice.

Your mission is to help turn our internal ORO platform into the operating system for how we sell, educate, and engage customers - especially in the early stages of the customer journey.

From RFPs to education, from pre-sales assignment to intelligent content delivery, you’ll help design and build experiences that are:

  • Faster
  • Smarter
  • More automated
  • And genuinely better to use

You’ll also experiment with how AI can amplify sales and customer enablement, creating new ways of working that don’t yet have a playbook.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t just want to learn how things work - but wants to reimagine how they should work.

What You’ll Work On

Reimagine the Pre-Sales Journey

  • Help design and implement how ORO supports key pre-sales workflows:
  • RFI and RFP responses
  • Demo and pre-sales assignment flows
  • Customer education and onboarding content
  • Turn fragmented processes into clean, orchestrated journeys inside ORO
  • Identify friction points and redesign them to be faster and more intuitive

Experiment with AI in Real Workflows

  • Explore how AI can support:
  • RFP response generation
  • Content creation and summarisation
  • Sales enablement and knowledge access
  • Build and test practical use cases - not theory
  • Help define what “AI-assisted GTM” actually looks like at ORO

Build a World-Class Education Experience

  • Create and organise a library of:
  • Short-form educational videos
  • “How-to” guides and walkthroughs
  • Internal enablement content
  • Help make learning ORO simple, engaging, and scalable
  • Experiment with tools (including voice and AI tools like ElevenLabs) to push content creation forward

Drive Adoption Internally

  • Work with teams across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Value to:
  • Increase usage of ORO internally
  • Replace manual processes and disconnected tools
  • Track adoption and usage patterns
  • Help teams see the benefit - not just the process

Think Like a Product Builder

  • Gather feedback from internal users and turn it into improvements
  • Help prioritise what matters most
  • Contribute ideas that shape how ORO evolves internally

This role is less about experience, more about mindset.

  • Enjoy taking something messy and making it simple and structured
  • Like building things - whether that’s workflows, content, or ideas
  • Are comfortable figuring things out without a clear playbook
  • Have strong attention to detail and take pride in high-quality output
  • Are a clear communicator - written and verbal

Bonus (not required)

  • Experience with video editing or content creation
  • Familiarity with no-code tools or workflow platforms
  • Interest in SaaS, startups, or go-to-market strategy
