Job Summary: We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially savvy Deal Desk Manager to support complex and strategic deal closures. This is an Individual Contributor role at a Manager level, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Pre-Sales, Finance, Legal, and Implementation teams to structure, review, and enable high-value deals.
The ideal candidate brings strong commercial judgment, experience working with legal tech and contract workflows, and the ability to understand financial constructs behind enterprise agreements.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Sales, Product, Pre-Sales, Finance, Legal, and Implementation teams during deal structuring and closure stages
- Support large, complex, and non-standard deal negotiations
- Ensure all commercial agreements align with company policies, pricing guidelines, and approval frameworks
- Manage and optimize contract lifecycle processes (CLM)
- Drive internal deal review and approval workflows
- Assist with billing setup coordination to ensure smooth downstream execution
- Identify deal risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Improve deal desk processes, documentation standards, and turnaround times
Key Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or Contract Management within a SaaS or technology environment
- Strong experience working with legal tech / contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms
- Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS commercial models (ARR, discounting, multi-year structures, billing terms, etc.)
- Ability to interpret contracts and commercial clauses (law degree not required)
- Strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with pricing models and financial constructs
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Nice to have
- Experience in scaling SaaS organizations
- Exposure to global deal structures and compliance considerations
- Process improvement or automation experience within deal desk workflows
