Job Summary:

The Partnership Solution Consultant Manager leads partner-facing discovery, use case development, and demo-led selling, enabling partners to confidently position and sell ORO into enterprise procurement environments.

The role plays a critical part in helping partners understand how ORO fits into broader procurement architectures and how Agentic AI, integrations and orchestration support real-world digital procurement transformation use cases.

What You’ll Do:

Partner-Led Discovery and Use Case Development

  • Lead discovery sessions with partners and joint prospects to identify high-value use cases.
  • Translate customer challenges into clear solution narratives that align ORO’s platform with partner offerings.

Demo and Pre-Sales Execution

  • Deliver platform demonstrations to partners and joint customer prospects.
  • Support partner-led sales cycles with strong technical and functional credibility, ensuring demos reflect real-world partner and customer scenarios.

Platform Expertise and Partner Enablement

  • Develop deep knowledge of the ORO platform, roadmap, and use cases.
  • Enable partners to confidently demo, position, and explain ORO through training, coaching, and shared assets.

Product and Integration Collaboration

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to support partner integrations and joint solution development.
  • Provide feedback from partner and customer interactions to influence roadmap and integration priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Background

  • 6+ years in solution consulting, procurement technology, or enterprise SaaS roles.
  • Proven experience leading discovery sessions and delivering complex demos.
  • Experience working in partner-led enterprise sales and supporting integrated solutions.

AI & Digital Mindset

  • Strong interest in AI-enabled procurement, orchestration, and automation platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate advanced platform capabilities and integration patterns.

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling value narratives.
  • Credible, confident, and comfortable working with partners and enterprise customers in complex sales cycles.
