Position Overview:
ORO Labs is looking for a creative Content Specialist who loves turning complex technology solutions into engaging stories. Your core strength will be writing scripts for videos from prospect-facing explainers to pre-sales demos and customer success stories. While your primary focus is video content, you’ll occasionally extend your craft to social and marketing copy. You’ll work closely with pre-sales, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to craft narratives that highlight ORO’s value, resonate with prospects, and support strategic opportunities. This role is best suited for someone with 4-6 years of experience, strong English writing skills, a background in tech/B2B, and the ability to thrive in fast-moving startups.
What You’ll Do
- Write engaging, clear, and impactful scripts for videos (explainer videos, pre-sales demos, customer stories, product features, etc.)
- Collaborate with GTM teams (pre-sales, sales, customer success, marketing) to tailor narratives that connect with customer needs and industry context
- Maintain the tone and diction of ORO’s brand voice across all narratives Adapt scripts quickly to match changing customer opportunities or prospect requirements
- Partner with the video/design team to align scripts with visuals for maximum impact
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Performing Arts, or related field
- Experience: 4–6 years in scriptwriting, content creation, or marketing communications (B2B/SaaS experience preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively and iteratively in a fast-paced startup environment
- Exceptional command of English writing; strong sense of clarity, diction, and narrative flow Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to interact with sales, pre-sales, and leadership teams effectively
- Ability to translate complex tech/procurement concepts into engaging, audience-friendly language
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office
