Position Summary
We are seeking an Enablement Consultant to design, deliver, and continuously evolve training and certification programs across ORO’s ecosystem—including partners, customers, and employees. This role plays a critical part in ensuring learners across audiences are product-ready, technically confident, and aligned with ORO’s procurement orchestration approach.
The consultant will work closely with the Academy, Alliances, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to support onboarding, certifications, and ongoing enablement. This role requires strong experience in enterprise software training, configuration concepts, and the ability to work across diverse learner groups in a fast-scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Audience Enablement (Primary)
- Design and deliver enablement programs across partners, customers, and employees, including onboarding, role-based learning paths, certifications, and advanced training.
- Tailor training depth and delivery based on audience needs while maintaining consistent enablement standards and frameworks.
- Deliver and coordinate virtual and live training sessions covering product fundamentals, configuration concepts, implementation approaches, and best practices.
- Support certification programs, assessments, and readiness benchmarks across all learning audiences.
Partner & Customer Readiness Enablement
- Collaborate with the Alliances team to support partner onboarding, readiness milestones, and scaling of new partners.
- Enable partners and customers to understand implementation models, configuration logic, integrations, and operational considerations of the ORO platform.
- Act as a trusted enablement point of contact for external stakeholders, addressing training, certification, and platform-related queries.
Internal Enablement Support
- Support employee onboarding and internal training initiatives, particularly around product, configuration, and implementation topics.
- Partner with Academy trainers and cross-functional teams to co-deliver sessions or strengthen learning assets during major releases or rollout phases.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with product releases, roadmap changes, and platform enhancements to ensure enablement content remains current.
- Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure training reflects real-world use cases and delivery patterns.
- Track enablement progress, certifications, and readiness metrics; share insights with Academy and business stakeholders.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and governance across enablement content and learner experiences.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Education, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience
- 6–9 years of experience in partner enablement, implementation consulting, training, or enterprise software education.
- Prior experience enabling external partners, system integrators, or consulting firms.
- Strong exposure to enterprise SaaS platforms—preferably in procurement, supply chain, ERP, or workflow/orchestration domains.
- Hands-on experience with software configuration, implementation, or solution consulting.
- Experience supporting both external and internal learning audiences is a strong advantage.
- Experience designing or delivering certification programs for partners or clients is highly preferred.
- Comfort working with global, geographically distributed teams and partners.

- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for partner, customer, and internal sessions.
- High ownership, adaptability, and comfort operating across enablement contexts.
How You’ll Work
- Occasional travel may be required for partner or customer enablement sessions.
- Training delivery across multiple time zones to support a global audience.
- Primarily computer-based role with facilitation of live online training.
