Job Summary:
The Partnership Programmes Senior Consultant plays a central role in scaling, professionalising, and continuously improving ORO’s Global Partnerships organisation across both consulting and technology partners.
This role owns the operational backbone of partnerships, ensuring programmes, governance, tooling, and enablement are designed, deployed, and continuously optimised. You will lead the rollout and ongoing ownership of ORO’s Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform and partner portal, and act as a key driver of partner engagement through structured enablement, events, marketing campaigns, and data-driven insights.
Sitting at the intersection of Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Implementation, this role combines programme ownership, PMO discipline, and hands-on execution to ensure ORO’s partner ecosystem is scalable, innovative, and commercially effective.
What You’ll Do:
Partner Programme Design, Execution and Continuous Improvement
- Design, document, and manage ORO’s global partner programmes across consulting and technology partners.
- Define programme structures, requirements, and lifecycle processes, and continuously assess and improve programme effectiveness based on performance data and partner feedback.
PRM and Partner Portal Ownership
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing ownership of ORO’s PRM and partner portal solution.
- Ensure the platform supports onboarding, enablement, communications, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.
- Act as the primary owner for PRM data quality, workflows, and continuous enhancement.
Governance, GTM PMO, and Internal Alignment
- Own the PMO for partnerships-related internal governance, including GTM governance materials, partner reviews, and leadership updates.
- Coordinate inputs across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure clear alignment on partner strategy, priorities, and execution.
Reporting, Analytics, and Insights
- Define and maintain partnerships reporting and analytics across CRM and PRM systems.
- Track partner performance, pipeline contribution, enablement progress, and programme health.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to Partnerships leadership to drive data-led decision making.
Enablement, Training, and Certification Programmes
- Coordinate partner onboarding, training, and certification programmes in collaboration with product, training, and solutions teams.
- Ensure enablement content is current, accessible through the partner portal, and aligned to evolving partner and market needs.
Partner Marketing, Events, and Campaign Execution
- Work closely with Marketing to plan and execute partner events, webinars, campaigns, and announcements.
- Support partner-facing communications, social activity, and co-marketing initiatives to drive engagement and pipeline generation.
Partner Communications and Engagement
- Own structured partner communications, including updates, programme changes, enablement announcements, and event promotion.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality partner experience across all touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Background
- 5–8 years of experience in partner programmes, partner operations, alliances, or enablement roles within SaaS, technology, or consulting organisations.
- Proven experience supporting both consulting and technology partner ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience owning PRM or partner portal platforms and managing cross-functional governance processes.
AI & Digital Mindset
- Comfort working with modern SaaS procurement platforms, CRM and PRM systems, analytics tools, and digital enablement platforms.
- Interest in AI-enabled partner ecosystems and data-driven programme optimisation.
- Ability to apply digital tools to improve partner engagement and operational effectiveness.
Skills & Attributes
- Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insight.
- Confident communicator who can work across senior stakeholders and functional teams.
- Proactive, improvement-oriented mindset with the ability to drive change and adoption.
Why Work at ORO:
- Shape the future of procurement: Help define how the world’s leading enterprises orchestrate, automate, and scale procurement.
