Job Summary:

The Consulting Partnerships Director leads ORO’s consulting and BPO partner strategy across the US & Globally. This senior leadership role defines how ORO scales through partners, drives partner-led revenue, and ensures ORO is embedded into large, consulting-led procurement transformation programmes, with a strong focus on agentic AI adoption.

What You’ll Do:

Partner Strategy and Ecosystem Leadership

  • Execute partner strategy & prioritisation, and expand delivery models across the US partner network.

Executive Partner Relationships

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships and act as senior sponsor for key partnerships and transformation programmes.

Revenue Growth and Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue in collaboration with sales leadership.

Transformation and Delivery Oversight

  • Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and consistency across partner-led implementations.

Agentic AI and Innovation Leadership

  • Champion AI-enabled procurement models and influence ORO’s roadmap through partner insight.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Background

  • 10–15+ years in consulting or SaaS Partnership leadership.
  • Deep procurement transformation expertise and a proven track record of scaling partner-led growth.
  • Strong experience working on enterprise transformation programmes and managing partner relationships.
  • Deep understanding of procurement operating models and the procurement technology ecosystem.

AI & Digital Mindset

  • Demonstrated leadership in digital transformation and emerging technologies, with the ability to articulate AI-driven operating models to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interest in digital procurement, automation, orchestration, and agentic AI.
  • Ability to articulate how AI-enabled workflows enhance procurement transformations.
  • Comfort working with modern SaaS platforms and integrated enterprise architectures.
  • Familiarity with modern procurement technology suites (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Oracle, Workday, Icertis, or similar), and best of breed SaaS platforms (e.g., Archlet, Fairmarkit, Globality, Ivoflow, Keelvar, Nnamu, Pactum, Sievo, or similar).

Skills & Attributes

  • Executive presence, strong strategic judgement, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to balance partner success and company objectives.
  • Structured, proactive, and comfortable operating across sales, delivery, and product teams.
  • Experience using CRM and partner management tools preferred.
