About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with deep implementation knowledge in SAP (MM, SRM) and Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, P2P, BTP, CIG). If you’ve led digital transformation initiatives, delivered integrations with complex ERP landscapes, and understand the real-world challenges of procurement teams in the Australian market—you may be a great fit.
This is not just another implementation job. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, collaborate with leading Australian and global clients, and roll up their sleeves to configure systems and design orchestration flows. You’ll be the bridge between business needs and technology execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead or support implementations of our Procurement Orchestration SaaS platform in complex enterprise environments.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on SAP, Coupa and Ariba across modules: sourcing, contracts, procurement, supplier management.
- Facilitate client discovery workshops, training sessions, and user enablement programs.
- Translate client requirements into functional and technical design documents.
- Design, configure, and customize the ORO Platform, and guide clients on SAP/Ariba changes to ensure seamless integration.
- Build system integrations using no-code or low-code tools and collaborate with IT teams on middleware/API strategy.
- Provide hands-on support throughout the implementation lifecycle—design, build, test, go-live, and hypercare.
- Identify opportunities for optimization in procurement workflows and business processes.
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years of hands-on implementation experience with SAP and Ariba.
- Proven expertise in SAP MM, SRM, Ariba or Coupa.
- Strong grasp of procurement processes and ERP integration challenges.
- Knowledge of scripting/API integrations.
- Experience working with enterprise clients in Australia, with an understanding of local business practices and market nuances.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to design scalable solutions across complex landscapes.
- Comfort with SaaS platforms, no-code tools, and integration frameworks.
Bonus if You Have:
- Expertise in, other Procurement cloud platforms such as Fieldglass, Icertis, Ivalua (P2P, Sourcing)
- Experience in procurement middleware/orchestration tools
- Exposure to fast-paced consulting or startup environments
