Key Responsibilities
- Understand (Depth of Insights)
- Customer: Customer-centric mindset, proactive communication, analytical skills
- Procurement Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of procurement processes, key business challenges, pain points, and specific knowledge of Australian customer needs and procurement practices.
- Engage (Strategy / Prioritize): Ability to identify, establish and/or navigate complex organizational team structures to drive decision making, clarity of outcomes and build advocacy
- Organize: Customer retention strategies, team leadership, and customer data-driven decision-making
- Value Creation: Partnership examples, communication, data presentation, and strategic thinking
- Delivery (Execution, Leadership & Experience)
- Execution/Leadership: Sr leadership/team management, organizational skills & resource allocation
- Creative problem solving - Conflict resolution, communication, and problem-solving.
- Customer Success: Technical knowledge, process improvement mindset, innovation, value creation
- Experience:
- Location: Sydney (preferable)
- Enterprise Organizational experience - handling difficult matrix stakeholders or organizations to bring decision making and clarity of aligned outcomes.
- Saas Procurement experience preferred, 15+ years leadership experience, managing teams
- Technical Mindset- Curiosity and Product Hands-on desire
- Technical knowledge, process improvement, and innovation.
