Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales and marketing operations strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing operations and market research professionals.
- Align operations with business goals, ensuring seamless coordination between sales and marketing functions.
Salesforce Management:
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce CRM.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design and maintain efficient sales processes and workflows.
Marketing Automation with HubSpot:
- Manage and optimize HubSpot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, lead routing, and campaign management.
- Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
Data and Analytics:
- Utilize ZoomInfo as data enrichment tool to enhance lead quality and target market segments.
- Implement advanced analytics and reporting to track key performance indicators and measure success.
- Generate actionable insights to drive decision-making and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
- Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools like Tableau and reporting frameworks.
Outreach and Engagement:
- Oversee the deployment and utilization of Outreach for sales engagement and communication.
- Design and implement scalable outreach strategies to enhance prospecting and customer interactions.
- Track and analyze outreach performance, refining strategies to improve conversion rates.
Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for sales and marketing operations.
- Ensure alignment of sales and marketing processes with best practices.
- Lead training of stakeholders on Salesforce
Collaboration and Communication:
- Communicate operational strategies, goals, and performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support events, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing operations, with a focus on tech-driven environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development and sales stage planning
- Availability to overlap work hours with US Pacific time employees
- Proven expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and advanced analytics tools.
- Extensive experience working with B2B SaaS marketing and sales teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Clear track record of managing strategic revenue operations
