At Omnidian Australia and Solar Service Guys, we deliver operational support and field services across the renewable energy sector. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Success Manager to support the successful delivery of services to key clients and act as a central coordination point between clients and internal operational teams.
This is a relationship focused operational role suited to someone who enjoys working across teams, solving problems, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving service delivery outcomes in a fast paced environment.
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to perform your role from home anywhere on the East Coast of Australia.

About the Role
As the Client Success Manager, you will act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and support the successful delivery of services in line with contractual obligations, SLAs, and KPIs. You will work closely with operational, technical, scheduling, and support teams to ensure services are delivered consistently, issues are resolved promptly, and clients remain informed and supported.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client relationships and service delivery communications
Monitor performance against client contracts, SLAs, and KPIs
Coordinate internal teams to support consistent and effective service delivery
Manage service delivery issues, risks, and escalations
Prepare client reporting and operational performance insights
Support onboarding of new clients, projects, and service expansions
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and service enhancement
About You
You are organised, commercially aware, and confident managing relationships in an operational environment. You communicate professionally, take ownership of outcomes, and can balance client expectations with operational realities.
You will likely bring:
Experience in client success, account management, service delivery, operations coordination, or similar roles
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building capability
Experience managing operational issues, escalations, or service delivery outcomes
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions
Experience working in renewable energy, field services, technical operations, or service-based environments highly regarded
