The Job
As an Administration Officer, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support across the business. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, assist with scheduling and work orders, and help keep office
operations running efficiently. This role is well suited to entry-level candidates, career starters, or those transitioning into an administration role.
What You'll Do

- Handling basic inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Assisting with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and work order updates.
- Completing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting travel bookings and general administration tasks.
- Assisting with office supplies, organisation, and presentation.
- Working closely with internal teams to support service delivery.
Who You Are
- A positive, reliable, and customer focused approach.
- Clear communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Basic computer skills (email, calendars, data entry).
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Experience with travel and other booking systems (advantageous).
