The Job
We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce administrator to ensure that our company capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will own the overall health and development of our Salesforce instance, define the policies and procedures related to its use and evolution, help enforce good data practices, drive the development of new applications, provide training and support for others, and more. To ensure success in this role you should possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce administration (both the technical and business aspects), be able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. The Salesforce administrator will ensure that their Salesforce expertise translates into optimized operations for all functions.

What You'll Do
- Ensure the Long-Term Health of Salesforce: Take ownership of the overall health and performance of our Salesforce instance, ensuring it remains scalable and optimized for our growing business needs.
- Governance & Change Management: Establish and enforce policies around Salesforce usage and change management, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices over time.
- Drive Business Process Integration: Lead the development and integration of high-level business processes to ensure seamless application planning and alignment across departments.
- Data Governance & Quality: Collaborate with the data governance team to define data standards, and ensure high-quality, clean data is consistently maintained across the Salesforce platform.
- User Access Management: Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and user groups to ensure secure and appropriate access to data.
- Data Import & Maintenance: Oversee data imports and ensure proper cleansing of data, including sales leads, contacts, and other key datasets.
- Module Maintenance & Custom Reporting: Maintain the Sales and Service Clouds, build custom reports, dashboards, and ensure that users can easily access actionable insights.
- Database Health & Troubleshooting: Perform regular database maintenance tasks, including running diagnostic tests and implementing data cleansing procedures.
- Release Management & Training: Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases, keeping the team up to date. Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
- Process Documentation: Document system processes, error reports, and updates to field history tables, ensuring transparent and easy-to-follow workflows.
Who You Are
- Business-Oriented & Technically Skilled: You not only understand the technical aspects of Salesforce but also have a strong grasp of how to align its capabilities with business processes.
- Data Management Pro: You have a proven track record of creating and maintaining efficient Salesforce databases.
- Salesforce Expert: You have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, functionalities, and best practices, including managing user access, profiles, and permissions.
- Proficient in Data Imports & Reporting: You’re skilled in importing data and creating custom reports that deliver insights across the organization.
- Effective Trainer & Supporter: You’re comfortable providing training and ongoing support to end-users, helping them maximize Salesforce’s potential.
Experience You'll Need
- 4-6+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, including responsibility for managing both the Sales and Service Clouds for startups (or) SMBs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce customization, advanced security and sharing configurations, complex flow setups, Experience Cloud, data migration, reporting, and user management.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, clean data, and maintain an efficient, user-friendly Salesforce instance.
Experience That's a Plus
- Field Service Lightning – Experience with implementing and managing Field Service Lightning functionality.
- Service Cloud Voice or Amazon Connect – Experience with Service Cloud Voice or configuring standalone Amazon Connect for a unified customer service experience.
- CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) – Experience working with Salesforce CPQ, configuring pricing models, quotes, and proposals.
- Salesforce Certified: Advanced Administrator certifications
