Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling end to end recruitment process in find and fulfil the fit talent of the organization needs
  • Working closely with Hiring Managers to fulfil their request and understand their needs
  • Create attractive job advertisements through powerful and persuasive words to find the right candidates
  • Manage candidate and hiring manager relationships, providing a positive experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Working closely to other HR function regarding to the recruitment process
  • Managing recruitment tracking and utilize the system in order to accurate and on time report submission
  • Responsible of all recruitment administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology major in any reputable university
  • Min. 1 year experience as recruiter for handling junior to above positions in various function
  • Having exposure and understanding of startup industry is preferably
  • Proven track record of successfully closing positions in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation
  • Target oriented and having experience to work with SLA
  • Fluent in English is a must
