Responsibilities

Responsible for handling end to end recruitment process in find and fulfil the fit talent of the organization needs
Working closely with Hiring Managers to fulfil their request and understand their needs
Create attractive job advertisements through powerful and persuasive words to find the right candidates
Manage candidate and hiring manager relationships, providing a positive experience from initial contact through onboarding
Working closely to other HR function regarding to the recruitment process
Managing recruitment tracking and utilize the system in order to accurate and on time report submission
Responsible of all recruitment administration

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology major in any reputable university
Min. 1 year experience as recruiter for handling junior to above positions in various function
Having exposure and understanding of startup industry is preferably
Proven track record of successfully closing positions in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation
Target oriented and having experience to work with SLA
Fluent in English is a must
