Assist the KAM team in daily operations, ensuring seamless processes.
Enable team members to focus on strategic client management and growth.
Play a crucial role in data analysis and reporting.
Help track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
Enhance client engagement efforts for a higher level of satisfaction and responsiveness.
Support ongoing projects and initiatives with fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.
- Currently pursuing a degree in relevant fiel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
