Job Descriptions

  • Develop and execute Ninja Xpress’s cold chain sales strategies to lead its penetration to the cold chain market, grow its business, increase its revenue, and achieve its strategic objectives
  • Identify market potential and design pipeline strategy
  • Lead (managing, monitoring, controlling) the cold chain commercial team in implementing the business plan
  • Ensure all aspects of the Sales Process are well understood and implemented so the regional objectives of both sales force effectiveness and efficiency improvement are achieved
  • Provide regular business updates to the top management such as business progression and strategic initiatives in achieving business objectives


  • Having 5 - 8 years experience in Cold Chain business especially logistics / Cold Chain Player
  • Understanding the market landscape of cold chain industry, both the competition and the customers
  • Has a good drive, strategy, and execution to starting and build new business
  • Have a sufficient understanding of financial strategy
  • Experienced in leading sales teams, adept in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Experienced using Salesforce or CRM tools is an advantage
  • Strong proficiency in retaining and growing customers
  • A progressive and proven track record of sales success
  • Has a strong communication, dealing, negotiate, presentation to the client and also to the board
  • Fluent in English is a must
