Key Account Executive MLM, Retail - responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their shipping and logistics needs are met efficiently. This role involves coordinating shipments, providing solutions, and identifying growth opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Effective communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.

Responsibilities

Responsible for achievement on sales target based on assigned verticals/industry
Responsible on fulfilling activities assigned to the individual person
Responsible for shipper acquisition and shipper growth
Responsible for shipper retention

Requirements

Min. Diploma 3 or Bachelor's from any major
2-3 years experince in Commercial roles (Key Account, Sales, and related field)
Have extensive knowledge and network on banking industry
Proven track record of achieving result and KPIs Account Management
