岗位职责：

1.根据组织与人员发展需求，组织实施员工培训活动，如入职培训、业务培训、素质能力提升培训员工外训等，确保培训及时准确实施并监控培训效果；

2.负责线上/线下培训开班统筹、组织跟进、培训出勤数据分析、满意度调研、培训效果分析和跟进，提出针对培训的改进和优化建议；

3.负责公司内部在线学习平台系统运营管理与内容运营管理，定期跟踪员工使用情况及培训完成率；

4.协助内部培训师团队建设，做好内训师的发掘、培养、维护及管理；协助拓展和维护内外部讲师或供应商资源，协助开发及更新对应培训课程及相关资料，如新员工类、通用类课程；

5.与业务部门紧密合作，分析和了解业务需求，协助规划员工发展路径，及持续完善培训课程体系，协助制定各级各类别课程开发计划，根据公司发展和员工培训需求，协助建立和完善培训体系、培训相关管理制度，并根据需求进行及时修订；

6.参与其他重点人才培养项目的策划与运作，如领导力培训，IDP项目和其他项目。

任职要求：

1.人力资源管理、教育、企业管理、工商管理相关学科本科以上学历，持有教师资格证、相关培训讲师资质者优先；

2.具备至少2年的培训工作经验，国际贸易与物流行业或外资企业培训相关工作经验者优先考虑；

3.较强的系统思考和规划能力，具备较丰富的培训组织、实施、监控经验，掌握培训效果评估方法，熟悉培训全流程，具有成功培训项目管理经验优先；

4.具备一定的抗压能力，能高效交付，能够适应跨境电商物流团队快速发展节凑，以及工作氛围与文化；

5.具备良好的理解与沟通能力，能高效的进行内外部沟通，能够独立工作，诚实稳重，有责任心，有与海外公司对接经验优先考虑；

6.具备良好的英语沟通能力，通过CET6级或以上水平，能够运用英语作为工作语言者优先；

7.熟悉MS办公软件操作，具备数据分析与报告的能力；
