Responsibilities

  • Get the overall forecast/target of the revenue for each region from the Head of Sales
  • Set reasonable KPIs (customer and revenues goals) to be achieved by the sales team
  • Monitor the activities of the sales team by each province
  • Motivate members to hit or exceed sales targets
  • Collect customer feedback
  • Provide updates to Head of sales
  • Present sales reports and forecasts to the Managers
  • Update the sales situation of each area
  • Explaining and giving effective suggestions/solutions to the problem being faced.
  • Making a deadline and timeline for each proposal/solution
  • In case that Team Leader quit the job
  • The current TL combines with HOS to recruit a new team leader. The Sale Manager must solve the job and go to the market as a Team Leader roles TL and SM must send the monthly working plan (Customer working plan) on the 2nd day every month. If changing anything, they must text the message that included HOS. If anyone infringes, it will depend on the level: from verbal warning to warning letter

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experiences on same level & type of business
  • Bachelor degree
  • Leadership & management skills
  • Communication by both Vietnamese & English
  • Team building & motivation
