Job Description:

The Operations (Logistics) Supervisor shall support the on-ground project management for fleet and launching expansion ensuring sufficient resources and operability within the set target timeline.

The Operations (Logistics) Supervisor shall also manage the hub operations within assigned areas by meeting the desired hub health and promptly resolving operational gaps and ensure all hubs are aligned and compliant with the company protocols, strategies and directives.

Strategizes process improvements to ensure everyone completes their tasks on schedule.

Work Location: Tacloban, Eastern Visayas

Qualifications:

Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field

Experience in Logistics or Ecommerce industry is preferred but not required.

Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience

Skills:

Proven work experience as Logistics Supervisor or similar role

Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.

Experience budgeting and forecasting

Familiarity with business and financial principles

Cash and Resource management skills

Geographical knowledge or familiarity of the assigned region

With Data and Metrics Interpretation skill

Above average proficiency in Google workspace

Excellent in data processing and analysis

Can build rapport with riders, drivers, station officers/heads and mid-level managers.

Willing to travel
